We do not accept returns for:

- Damaged items due to customer handling or misuse
- Products returned after more than 7 days from delivery
💸 Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was wrong or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
- CK CENTURY MARKETING is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
